Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Product details (release dates, versions, content) are subject to change without notice.

Order Combination Policy

Pre-order albums are sold through a separate ordering page from HMart.com.

This means:

  • Pre-order items must be checked out separately from regular HMart.com orders.

  • They will ship separately, and you will receive a separate tracking number.

  • Regular HMart.com orders cannot be combined with pre-order shipments.

  • Orders containing multiple pre-order items will ship together once all items are available.

Shipping

Handling & Delivery

  • Standard Handling Time: 1–3 business days after the official release date.

Estimated Delivery:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (via FedEx Ground)

  • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (via FedEx Express)

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.
All shipments will be delivered via FedEx.

Shipping Fee Policy

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery ZIP code and may vary depending on distance, shipping method, and carrier rates.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

 

Shipping Address Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to:

  • P.O. Box addresses

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Alaska & Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands

Please provide a valid U.S. street address for delivery.
Orders placed with restricted addresses may be canceled or delayed.

 

Shipping Address Responsibilities

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including apartment/unit numbers).

Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses can be reshipped, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee.

  • Orders lost in transit due to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer are not eligible for refund.
