Return & Refund Policy

All pre-order sales are final. Pre-orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once placed.

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases (must be supported with an unboxing video before opening):

  1. Item is defective
  2. Item arrives damaged
  3. Item is incorrect
  4. Missing contents

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the shipment date.

To start a return, please contact our Customer Service for instructions and a return label.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items, and approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 - 3 business days (processing times may vary by bank/card issuer).

If your package is returned due to failed delivery or refusal without notice, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

 

Damages, Incorrect Items & Missing Contents

Damaged Items

If your album or merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a complete unboxing video and photos.

Please note: outer packaging (album box, sleeve, case, etc.) is for protection only. Minor dents, scratches, or bends on the outer package are not considered damage and are not eligible for refund.

Incorrect Items

  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a complete unboxing video and photos.

Missing Contents

  • Albums sometimes include random contents (photo cards, posters, etc.).

  • If inclusions are missing, you must provide a complete unboxing video that starts before breaking the seal.

Important Note
  • Exchanges or replacements are not offered. Refunds are the only resolution.

  • Refunds will only be processed once we receive, review, and confirm the returned item or claim.

  • We may request the return of damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items before processing a refund.
